Though the income potential is lucrative, there are a lot of challenges with commission-based roles; having a secure financial plan is critical to both protect and maximize an unpredictable income.
Having built a business for myself as a Financial Advisor, I understand the financial challenges we face as entrepreneurs. Building a career in a male-dominated industry, and being a mom of three, I understand that there are unique challenges that many women in sales face. It is my mission to help successful women in sales create a cash flow plan that is designed to provide a foundation to properly build upon, while also providing protection from unexpected events.
Born and raised in California, a graduate of CSU, I moved to Buffalo in 2003 where I now reside with my 3 children enjoying all that WNY has to offer.

Most budgeting tools are really expense tracking tools. We see the value in tracking your expenses but first you need to know how much is available to spend. It is the difference between looking in the rear view mirror versus out the windshield. The rear view mirror tells you where you have been. Looking out the windshield tells you where you are going.
